Job Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Outbound Calling: Reach out to potential customers to introduce the companies travel experiences and community events.

• Relationship Building: Develop trust-based connections with women, ensuring they feel welcomed and included.

• Community Engagement: Add leads to WhatsApp groups and encourage participation in meetups, workshops, and events.

• Lead Conversion: Meet customers in person when needed to close leads or represent the brand offline.

• Field Sales Promotions: Participate in offline promotional activities like corporate desks, flea markets, travel fairs, and women’s networking events.

• Inbound Inquiry Handling: Respond to inquiries with empathy and enthusiasm, ensuring a positive customer experience.

• Feedback Sharing: Gather insights from customers and share with the internal team to improve offerings and service.

• Target Achievement: Consistently meet call quotas, sales targets, and community engagement KPIs.

Qualification & Key Skills:

• Graduate in any discipline (Preferred Marketing, Hospitality, Communications, or related fields).

• Prior experience 2-3 years in sales, business development, or community engagement roles is a must.

• Excellent Communication in English Hindi (regional languages are a plus)

• Persuasion and Negotiation skills to convert leads.

• Basic MS Office skills and familiarity with CRM tools.

• Self-Motivated, independent worker with team spirit.

• Willingness to Travel Locally for events and client meetings.

• Genuine Interest in Travel Women Empowerment.
