You have 2 to 3 years of prior experience in villa & apartment sales and are proficient in Telugu, English, and Hindi. As a Sales Executive at our Tukkuguda & Kollur locations, your responsibilities will include handling inbound and outbound sales calls, nurturing leads, coordinating with site teams, and achieving monthly sales targets. Your key responsibilities will involve handling calls, understanding client requirements, generating appointments, maintaining follow-ups, updating CRM systems, providing after-sales support, and collaborating with marketing and onsite sales teams. To excel in this role, you must possess strong communication skills, telephone etiquette, goal-oriented mindset, knowledge of real estate sales processes, and experience with CRM tools. A proven track record in achieving sales targets will be beneficial.
