Job Description

You are a motivated and proactive Sales Executive with prior experience in villa and apartment sales, joining a team in Tukkuguda & Kollur. Your responsibilities include handling inbound and outbound sales calls, nurturing leads, and coordinating with site teams for closures. Fluency in Telugu, English, and Hindi is essential for this role. - Handle inbound and outbound calls to potential leads and existing customers. - Understand client requirements and recommend suitable villa options. - Generate appointments and coordinate site visits with the field sales team. - Maintain a strong follow-up system to convert leads into bookings. - Build and update a robust database of leads in CRM systems. - Communicate effectively with clients, resolve queries, and provide after-sales support. - Collaborate with marketing and onsite sales teams to meet monthly targets. - 2 to 3 years of sales experience in villa or real estate projects is mandatory. - Proficiency in Telugu, English, and Hindi is required. - Excellent telephone etiquette and rapport-building skills. - Goal-oriented with a track record of achieving sales targets. - Knowledge of real estate sales processes and client management. - Experience with CRM tools and lead management systems is a plus.,
