This role involves handling inbound and outbound sales calls, nurturing leads, and coordinating with site teams for closures. Fluency in Telugu, English, and Hindi is a must. Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound calls to potential leads and existing customers. Understand client requirements and pitch suitable villa options based on their preferences. Generate appointments and coordinate site visits with the field sales team. Maintain a strong follow-up system to convert leads into bookings. Build and maintain a strong database of leads and update CRM systems regularly. Maintain good communication with clients, resolve queries, and provide after-sales support. Collaborate with marketing and onsite sales teams to achieve monthly targets. Required Skills & Qualifications: 2 to 3 years of experience in Sales for Villa or Real Estate projects is mandatory. Strong communication skills in Telugu, English, and Hindi (mandatory). Excellent telephone etiquette and ability to build rapport over calls. Goal-oriented with a proven track record in achieving sales targets. Knowledge of real estate sales processes and client handling. Experience using CRM tools and lead management systems is a plus.
