Role Overview
We are looking for a Business Development & Marketing Executive who will play an important role in strengthening our brand presence and building meaningful tie-ups. This role involves a mix of relationship building, marketing activities, and outreach—without the stress of heavy targets or extensive fieldwork.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit schools, junior colleges, and small coaching centers for collaborations and tie-ups.
• Organize and execute marketing activities, seminars, scholarship tests, and awareness campaigns to drive admissions and footfall.
• Support the planning and execution of digital and offline marketing campaigns.
• Build strong relationships with parents, students, and partner institutions.
• Provide inputs and creative ideas to the marketing team for local promotions.
• Track and share feedback from outreach activities to improve effectiveness.

What This Role Is Not

• Not a hardcore sales job.
• No high-pressure admission targets.
• Limited fieldwork – mostly structured visits and pre-planned activities.

Who Can Apply

• Graduate / Postgraduate in any stream (Marketing/Business preferred but not mandatory).
• Freshers are welcome; prior experience in marketing/education will be an added advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Enthusiastic, approachable, and willing to learn.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Chinchwad, Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• Business Development: 3 years (Preferred)
