WildSattva is a premium B2B wellness and gourmet gifting brand rooted in Kerala’s heritage. We curate authentic products like wild honey, chukku (ginger) coffee, and handpicked spices — creating hampers that reflect care, authenticity, and sophistication.

Our mission is to transform corporate and institutional gifting into a meaningful gesture rather than a formality — providing gifts that are consumable, memorable, and create a positive brand impression for our clients.

We work with corporates, hospitality groups, educational institutions, and a wide range of organizations across India.


Role Overview

We are seeking a Business Development Executive who can take charge of sales and business development from day one. This is a remote role, but it requires in-person client meetings and deal closures as part of the job.

You will work directly with the Founder & CEO and play a central role in driving revenue, building relationships, and scaling WildSattva into a recognized premium gifting brand.


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and reach out to decision-makers (HR heads, procurement teams, CXOs, admins in hotels, resorts, and institutions).
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive 

    sales pitches and product presentations

    .
  • Pitch WildSattva products through calls, LinkedIn outreach, emails, and client meetings.
  • Negotiate and close orders, working towards monthly sales targets.
  • Draft and share quotations, proposals, and follow-ups.
  • Track leads, prospects, and deals in CRM/Excel trackers, and submit regular sales reports.
  • Collect client feedback to refine products and offerings.
  • Collaborate with the Founder & operations team to ensure smooth delivery and client satisfaction.


Who’s a Good Fit

  • Strong interest in sales and business development.
  • Confident communicator with excellent presentation skills.
  • Self-driven, motivated, and comfortable with startup-style fast growth.
  • Prior internship or up to 2 years’ experience in sales, BD, or client-facing roles preferred.
  • Organized, target-oriented, and eager to close deals.
  • Familiarity with 

    CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, or similar)

     and comfortable using Excel/Google Sheets to track pipelines.
  • Ready to take ownership and grow with the company.


Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Salary: ₹25,000–30,000/month, based on achievement of monthly sales targets.
  • Commission: Performance-based incentive structure above sales targets — high performers can significantly increase earnings beyond base salary.
  • Bonuses: Milestone-based bonuses for exceeding targets (monthly/quarterly).
  • Probation Period: 1 month, with a performance review before confirmation.
