Business Development Associate

Job Title: Business Development Associate (BDA) Location: On-Site About Us: Orchids International Schools is committed to nurturing young minds with a holistic education approach. We are looking for proactive and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Business Development Associates, playing a key role in driving admissions and expanding our reach. Key Responsibilities: Conduct fieldwork to identify and generate leads for admissions, meeting set daily targets. Call collected leads to provide information about the school and invite them to visit the branch. Persuade and guide prospective parents during branch visits, ensuring a positive experience. Collaborate with the admissions team to successfully convert leads into confirmed admissions. Build and maintain strong relationships with parents, addressing their queries and concerns effectively. Qualifications: Educational Qualification: Any graduate. Prior experience in sales, marketing, or customer relations is a plus, but not mandatory. Skills and Traits: Extrovert personality with a flair for interpersonal interactions. Strong communication and convincing skills to inspire confidence in the schools vision. Proactive, energetic, and target-driven mindset. Effective follow-up skills to ensure potential leads are nurtured and converted. Salary and Benefits: 25,000 per month + Performance based incentives.
