Your Role In The Big Picture

What You’ll Create & Contribute

• Handle and qualify inbound leads, managing them through the sales pipeline
• Strategize and collaborate with creative teams to prepare tailored pitch decks and proposals
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and business pitches
• Travel for client meetings, reviews, and on-ground interactions as required
• Maintain records of leads, opportunities, and follow-ups in CRM systems
• Support leadership in negotiations and deal closures
• Track business development metrics and prepare reports for internal reviews
  

What Makes You The Right Fit

• 1–3 years of experience in business development, client servicing, or sales, preferably in a creative, advertising, or digital agency environment
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with confidence in client-facing roles
• Ability to understand client needs and translate them into compelling pitches
• Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing pipelines and timelines
• Self-motivated, curious, and eager to help grow One MG’s business footprint
• Comfortable with frequent travel for client interactions
