Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and self-driven Sales Executive with 14 years of experience in outbound calling and face-to-face client meetings. The ideal candidate should be confident, persuasive, and goal-oriented with a proven ability to generate leads, build relationships, and close deals.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct daily outbound calls to potential clients and follow up on inquiries
Schedule and attend client meetings to present company products/services
Identify client needs and recommend suitable solutions
Generate leads and convert them into sales opportunities
Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
Prepare and submit daily sales reports
Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and after-sales support
Represent the company at events or client locations, if required
Requirements:
1 to 4 years of experience in sales, with exposure to both calling and direct client meetings
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong negotiation and closing abilities
Self-motivated and target-driven
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is a plus
Bachelor's degree in any discipline preferred
