Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to prospective customers and handle inbound calls professionally
Explain company products/services clearly and confidently
Generate leads and follow up on customer inquiries
Maintain accurate call records and customer details
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets
Handle customer objections politely and effectively
Coordinate with internal teams for follow-ups and closures
Maintain a positive and professional attitude during calls
Ability to convince and negotiate with customers

Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum
Graduate preferred
Proven experience as a
Telecaller / Customer Support Executive
(E-commerce experience is a plus)
Good communication skills in
English
(regional language is an advantage)
Ability to handle client patiently and confidently
Basic computer knowledge (CRM, Excel, calling software)
Result-oriented with a customer-first mindset
