What You’ll Do

Business Development Associate

• Connect with

  architects, builders, and modular vendors

  to generate B2B leads.
• Meet customers, understand their requirements, and provide

  tentative price estimates

  .
• Visit sites to capture finer details for proposals.
• Share

  finishes, customer stories and testimonial videos

  with customers to build trust.
• Coordinate with the senior to prepare

  proposal presentations

  , review them with the senior, and present to customers.
• Schedule and conduct

  Experience Centre (EC) visits and walkthroughs

  to showcase our modular capabilities.
• Drive

  proposal-to-closure

  by handling follow-ups, persuading customers for bookings, and pushing deals forward.
• Create WhatsApp groups with customers/families, share the

  Livin Experience video

  , and coordinate briefing calls.

What You’ll Focus On

• Building and managing

  B2B and B2C pipelines

  .
• Reducing TAT (Turnaround Time) from proposal to closure.
• Maximising BGMV (Booking Gross Merchandise Value).
• Driving

  sales closures

  and revenue growth.
• Strengthening customer relationships through proactive communication.

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 1 year of sales experience

  in a client-facing role (must).
• Strong relationship-building and follow-up skills, you know how to keep conversations warm.
• Someone confident with presentations and pitching – Google Slides/PowerPoint skills are a must.
• ➕

  AutoCAD 2D

  knowledge is a plus.
• ➕

  3D rendering

  knowledge is a bonus.
• ➕ Prior experience in

  interior design, home décor, or modular furniture

  is preferred.
