Your role will combine sales, client engagement, and project coordination to convert leads into successful projects. Connect with architects, builders, and modular vendors to generate B2B leads. Share finishes, customer stories and testimonial videos with customers to build trust. Drive proposal-to-closure by handling follow-ups, persuading customers for bookings, and pushing deals forward. Create WhatsApp groups with customers/families, share the Livin Experience video , and coordinate briefing calls. 🎯 What You’ll Focus On Building and managing B2B and B2C pipelines . Reducing TAT (Turnaround Time) from proposal to closure. Maximising BGMV (Booking Gross Merchandise Value). Driving sales closures and revenue growth. Strengthening customer relationships through proactive communication. ✅ What We’re Looking For Minimum 1 year of sales experience in a client-facing role (must). Strong relationship-building and follow-up skills, you know how to keep conversations warm.
