Role Overview: As a Business Development Executive at METASYNERGY, you will play a crucial role in the company's growth by being the primary contact point for potential clients. Your responsibilities will include handling cold calls, nurturing new leads, and fostering relationships with existing clients. Your objective will be to understand client requirements, educate them about our products and services, and ensure a seamless transition from lead generation to order fulfillment, all while operating from our office premises. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct cold calls to reach out to potential clients - Respond to new leads promptly and professionally - Build and maintain long-term relationships with current clients - Understand and address client needs effectively - Provide detailed information about METASYNERGY's offerings - Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to order execution Qualifications Required: - Graduation in any field (preference for Business, Marketing, or Commerce) - Minimum of 1 year of experience in inside sales, telecalling, or client relationship management - Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi - Comfortable with making cold calls and handling client inquiries - Knowledge of sales and client servicing procedures - Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook); familiarity with CRM software is advantageous - Excellent organizational, coordination, and follow-up abilities - Self-motivated, positive, and target-oriented individual,
