We are currently seeking a highly motivated and tenacious Business Development Associate to drive the expansion of our premium Counsellor Certification program.

The Role: Generating High-Value Opportunities

As a Business Development Associate focused on B2C sales, your primary mission will be to identify, qualify, and engage professional counsellors to enroll them in our high-value certification program (valued between INR 45,000 - 55,000).

This is a hunter role that requires relentless cold calling, exceptional pipeline discipline, and the ability to articulate the value proposition of a premium professional product. Your success is measured by the quality and volume of qualified appointments you schedule for our Business Manager to close.

Key Responsibilities

  • High-Volume Cold Calling & Outreach:

    Execute a high volume of outbound cold calls and strategic outreach to individual counsellors, therapists, and career advisors across India to introduce the Mentoria Certification program.
  • Lead Qualification:

    Thoroughly qualify prospects based on their professional context, capacity, and commitment to the investment (INR 45,000 - 55,000) using a standardized qualification framework.
  • Pipeline Management:

    Maintain and rigorously update the complete sales pipeline in the CRM system, accurately documenting all activities, lead stages, and next steps to ensure data integrity and forecasting accuracy.
  • Appointment Scheduling

    : Schedule and confirm high-quality, pre-qualified meetings (demos, follow-ups, or closure discussions) with the prospects for the assigned Business Manager.
  • Product Mastery:

    Develop an expert-level understanding of the Counsellor Certification program, including curriculum details, market differentiators, and return on investment (ROI) for the counsellor.
  • Sales Reporting:

    Provide daily/weekly reports on call volume, connection rates, qualification success, and meetings scheduled, demonstrating a clear path toward monthly targets.
  • Objection Handling

    : Confidently and professionally address initial objections, skepticism, and pricing queries during cold outreach, positioning the value clearly before escalation.

What You Bring

  • Experience: 1-3 years of proven experience in BDA, Inside Sales, or, preferably in a B2C or high-ticket B2B service environment.
  • Skillset: Exceptional communication, persuasive speaking, and active listening skills, specifically in high-pressure cold calling scenarios.
  • Resilience: A high degree of resilience, tenacity, and a competitive drive to meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
  • Discipline: Proven ability to manage a vast pipeline of leads, prioritize follow-ups, and maintain detailed, accurate records in a CRM (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in any field.
