Role Overview: As a Business Development Associate at MavenBird Technologies, you will play a crucial role in identifying new business opportunities, driving lead generation, and supporting the sales team to achieve company growth targets. This full-time remote position provides you with the opportunity to collaborate with various departments and contribute to the overall business strategy and success of MavenBird Technologies. Key Responsibilities: - Lead Generation & Prospecting: Conduct research to identify potential clients and markets through online channels, networking, and industry events. - Client Outreach: Initiate contact with leads via email, phone, and in-person meetings to establish relationships and explore business opportunities. - Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to help shape business development strategies. - Sales Support: Assist in creating sales proposals, presentations, and contracts. Collaborate with the sales team to close deals and meet targets. - Partnership Development: Work with senior team members to develop strategic partnerships that enhance company offerings and market position. - CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of interactions with leads and clients in the company's CRM system. - Reporting: Prepare regular reports on sales activity, client engagements, and business development performance for senior management. - Cross-Department Collaboration: Collaborate with the marketing, product, and customer success teams to align business development strategies with company goals. Qualifications: - Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. - Experience: Proven experience in sales, business development, or similar roles. Experience in the e-commerce or technology industry is preferred. - Skills: Strong presentation skills, lead generation expertise, communication and negotiation skills, organizational abilities, proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite, results-driven with proactive problem-solving approach, ability to work independently and as part of a team, strong interpersonal skills, goal-oriented mindset, excellent time management, ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment, self-motivated with a high level of initiative.,
