The Business Development Associate is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and supporting sales and marketing. This role involves market research, lead generation, client outreach, and assisting in developing strategies to drive company growth.
1. Identify potential clients/targeted companies through research, networking and inbound leads.
2. Conduct cold calling, email campaign and digital marketing through social media handles.
3. Generate leads and build strong business relations with new and existing clients.
4. Conduct research to identify market trends, customer needs and competitor activities.
5. Develop business development strategies and improve sales process.
6. Negotiate terms and close deals under supervision.
