Business Development Associate

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Business Development Associate to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving sales growth for the company. This role requires excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and research potential clients, markets, and business opportunities.
• Reach out to leads through calls, emails, and networking.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Assist in preparing business proposals and presentations.
• Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to achieve targets.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in CRM tools.
• Understand client requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
• Attend meetings, conferences, and industry events to generate leads.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in sales, business development, or client relationship management (preferred but not mandatory for freshers).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
• Good negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
