Business Development Associate

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive who will focus on generating leads, connecting with potential clients through outbound/inbound calling, and supporting the sales team in achieving business targets.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce company services.
• Handle inbound queries from prospective customers and convert them into leads.
• Maintain and update the CRM database with accurate client details and interaction history.
• Understand customer requirements and provide the right solutions or schedule meetings.
• Conduct follow-ups on leads generated through marketing campaigns, references, and networking.
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and lead generation targets.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to support long-term business growth.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market developments.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (preferred) or equivalent work experience.
• 1–3 years of experience in tele-calling, Real Estate sales, or business development. Freshers with good communication skills may also apply.
• Excellent communication (English/Hindi/Regional) and interpersonal skills.
• Strong persuasion, negotiation, and objection-handling ability.
• Self-motivated, energetic, and result-oriented.

Job Location: New Delhi

Salary: 25K to 45K plus incentive
