Job Title: Business Development Associate Location: ITS Dental College, Ghaziabad Salary Range: 40,000 50,000 per month Experience Required: 6+ Years Industry Preference: Experience in College/Academic Institutions or Relevant Educational Fields Job Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Business Development Associate to drive institutional growth by identifying new opportunities, building partnerships, and expanding outreach initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the education sector or related fields and strong interpersonal and communication skills. Key Responsibilities: Identify, evaluate, and pursue potential business opportunities in the academic domain. Develop strategic partnerships with schools, colleges, corporates, and other stakeholders. Plan and execute outreach campaigns to boost admissions and brand visibility. Build and maintain strong relationships with external and internal stakeholders. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth areas. Coordinate with academic and administrative teams for smooth execution of partnerships and tie-ups. Represent the institution at events, expos, and educational fairs. Prepare reports and presentations for management on business development progress. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. Minimum 6 years of relevant work experience in business development, preferably in the education sector. Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. Excellent organizational and project management abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Preferred Background: Previous work experience in a college/university or education consultancy. Familiarity with admission processes, outreach strategies, and academic marketing.
