Job Title:

Accounts Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

  • Voucher preparation and data entry in accounting software
  • Bank Reconciliation and maintaining accurate records
  • Bill passing and verification of invoices
  • Basic knowledge and handling of TDS and other statutory compliances
  • Coordination with banks for transactions and banking activities
  • Working on Tally ERP and Zoho Books for daily accounting tasks
  • Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting
  • Maintain organized financial records and documents

Required Skills:

  • Proficiency in Tally and Zoho
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles
  • Familiarity with TDS, banking, and bill processing
  • Good command over MS Excel and financial documentation
  • Accuracy, attention to detail, and time management skills

Preferred Qualification:

  • B.Com / M.Com / or any equivalent degree in accounting or finance
  • Prior experience working in a similar profile for at least 2 years
