We are seeking an experienced and creative Social Media Manager to join our team. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing our social media strategy to increase our online presence, improve our marketing efforts, and enhance brand awareness. The ideal candidate is highly skilled in content creation, data analysis, and community management, with a deep understanding of social media platforms and trends. Key Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies that align with business goals. Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, videos, written content) across social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.). Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance using analytics tools to measure success, track KPIs, and provide actionable insights. Collaborate with the marketing, sales, and content teams to ensure brand consistency and align messaging across channels. Plan and execute paid social media campaigns, including budget management and optimization. Stay up to date with the latest trends, platform updates, and best practices in social media marketing. Develop relationships with influencers, bloggers, and relevant third parties to amplify our reach. Monitor competitors' social media activities and use insights to drive continuous improvement. Identify opportunities to grow social media communities and expand the brands reach. Required Qualifications: Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or a similar role. In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, tools, and best practices. Experience with social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, Google Analytics). Strong copywriting, content creation, and design skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. Experience with paid social media advertising (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.). Creative thinker with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred). Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge of SEO and web traffic metrics. Familiarity with graphic design software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus. Experience in influencer marketing and collaborations. Ability to work collaboratively across different teams and departments.
