Role Overview

Business Development Associate (Fresher)

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through market research and outreach.
• Engage with international clients and build strong relationships.
• Support sales and partnership efforts across multiple geographies.
• Assist in developing and executing business strategies for global expansion.
• Collaborate with internal teams for seamless client onboarding and support.

Requirements

• Fresh graduates from any discipline.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Confident personality with an international appearance and mindset.
• Ability to work independently in both remote and onsite environments.
• Passion for business development, sales, or client relationship management.
