Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to lead the establishment of AI Labs in schools across India. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in identifying and engaging with educational institutions, building strategic partnerships, and driving the implementation of AI-based learning environments. This position requires excellent communication, strategic planning, and relationship-building skills, along with a passion for transforming education through technology.

Key responsibilities:

• Identify, approach, and engage with schools to propose and establish AI Labs under ISIEINDIA’s initiatives.
• Develop and implement effective business strategies to expand the AI Lab network across different regions.
• Conduct meetings and presentations with school principals, management, and decision-makers to demonstrate the value of AI-based education.
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with educational institutions and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with internal teams for proposal creation, project execution, and post-implementation support.
• Represent ISIEINDIA at academic events, educational exhibitions, and conferences to promote AI learning programs.
• Track market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in the EdTech.
• Maintain accurate reports on outreach, pipeline, and closures using CRM tools.

Qualification & Skills:

• MBA in Marketing, Business Development, or Operations (Mandatory).
• 1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or institutional partnerships (preferably in the education or EdTech sector).
• Prior experience in setting up labs, smart classrooms, or similar institutional collaborations will be an added advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to travel extensively and independently manage client relations.
• Passionate about education technology, AI learning, and innovation.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹11,585.91 - ₹40,044.63 per month
