Location: NSP, Pitampura (Delhi)
Type: Full-Time | Office Based | 6 Days (Saturday WFH)
Timings: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
CTC: Up to ₹4.5 LPA + Unlimited Incentives

About Us:
IIM SKILLS is a fast-growing EdTech platform offering professional certification programs. We are looking for a motivated Business Development Associate to handle company-provided leads, counsel students, and drive the entire admission process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Connect with prospective students via calls, emails, and other channels.
• Understand career goals and recommend the right programs.
• Manage leads end-to-end – from initial contact to enrolment.
• Maintain CRM records and track progress.
• Consistently achieve admission and revenue targets.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of Inside Sales / BDA / Admission Counsellor experience (EdTech preferred).
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to thrive in a target-driven, high-performance environment.
