Description We are seeking a motivated Business Development Associate to join our team in Bangalore. This role is ideal for candidates with 0-3 years of experience who are looking to develop their skills in business development and contribute to the growth of our organization. We're in search of a skilled Sales associate and executives to drive the sales of our educational subscription products. Your primary focus is to foster strong customer relationships, and effectively close deals. The ideal candidate possesses persuasive skills and a knack for showcasing our offerings compellingly. Responsibilities Utilize sales techniques to identify and acquire potential customers for our subscription products. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and effectively address inquiries. Engage in active sales prospecting, lead generation, and follow-up to achieve sales targets. Collaborate with the sales team to enhance product knowledge and refine sales strategies. Efficiently manage and update sales pipelines and records. Languages English, Kannada and Hindi will be considered as an asset. Skills and Qualifications 12th or Bachelor's degree in any field. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
