Job Description Job Title - Business Development Associate Department - - Sales Reports to - Business Development Manager Location - Kolkata Salary Range - 1.75 LPA to 3.75 LPA Incentive - Up to 21 LPA Job Summary: House of Ed-Tech is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Ed-Tech Sales Consultant. The ideal candidate will be passionate about education and technology, with a strong ability to connect with potential students and convert leads into enrollments. This role involves both inbound and outbound calling to follow up on provided leads and promote our professional courses in Power BI, Al, Stock Market, Trading, and other relevant fields. Key Responsibilities: Lead Follow-up: Actively follow up on provided leads through outbound calls and inbound inquiries. Consultative Selling: Understand the needs and goals of potential students and provide tailored course recommendations. Product Knowledge: Develop a strong understanding of our course offerings, including curriculum, benefits, and pricing. Effective Communication: Clearly articulate the value proposition of our courses and address customer queries and concerns. Understand and explain product features such as insurance plans, investment products. Interest or knowledge in the stock market, trading, or mutual funds. Previous experience in selling financial or investment products. Sales Process: Manage the sales cycle from initial contact to closing deals. Customer Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with potential and enrolled students. Performance Tracking: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and strive to achieve sales targets. Required Qualifications: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong phone and email etiquette. Ability to handle objections and close deals effectively. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Passion for education and a desire to help others succeed. Basic understanding of technology and online learning platforms. Ability to quickly learn new products and services. Strong negotiation and persuasion skills. Preferred Qualifications: Education: Graduation in any discipline. Relevant experience in sales. Freshers are also encouraged to apply. Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
