Job Description

You will be responsible for greeting and assisting customers as they enter the showroom. You will provide detailed information about products and services, understand customer needs, and recommend appropriate products. It is important to maintain an in-depth knowledge of the catalog and follow up with customers for feedback and future sales opportunities. Keeping the showroom clean and organized is also part of your responsibilities, along with working collaboratively with the sales team. Handling customer inquiries, resolving issues effectively, and staying updated on market trends and competitor activities are key aspects of the role. To qualify for this position, you should have a high school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business or sales is a plus. Previous retail or sales experience is preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are necessary, and you should be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. A customer-focused approach with a professional and approachable demeanor is essential. Being self-motivated, goal-oriented, and having the ability to learn and adapt quickly are also important qualifications. The required skills for this position include Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Product Knowledge, Sales Techniques, Point of Sale (POS) Systems, Effective Communication, Problem-Solving, Time Management, Team Collaboration, Basic Mathematics, and Negotiation Skills.
