With a growing customer base and trusted legacy, we are looking to expand our telecalling sales team in Kolkata. What You’ll Do Consultative Telecalling – Connect with inbound leads and guide them toward the right gemstone or sacred product. Understand Customer Needs – Build rapport, identify preferences, and offer meaningful recommendations. Explain Product Value – Clearly communicate authenticity, benefits, and pricing.  Drive Sales – Convert inquiries into sales and achieve monthly targets. CRM & Follow-ups – Maintain accurate records and ensure timely communication with potential buyers. What We’re Looking ForEducation: Bachelor’s degree preferred. Communication: Strong spoken Hindi/English, clear articulation, and persuasive ability. Sales Aptitude: 2+ years of Team Lead Experience in sales Mindset: Confident, target-driven, and comfortable handling high-value conversations. Interest in Product Domain: Genuine curiosity or openness toward gemstones and sacred wellness.
