Role & responsibilities

  • Sell paid consultation appointments to parents and students.
  • Drive consultation show-ups by conducting expectation-setting calls in advance.
  • Close deals confidently by understanding pain points and aligning solutions.
  • Follow the sales process and scripts to the dot.
  • Keep detailed documentation for every converted sale, including Zoom recordings, sales call summaries, and conversion insights on the converted call sheet.
  • Build strong rapport and trust with potential customers.

Skills and Attributes:

  • 0-2 years of relevant experience in Business Development, Inside Sales or related roles, (fresher with 6 months of internships in sales are also welcome).
  • Must have proven track record of closing sales over the phone

    (Inside Sales, cold calling)

  • Strong in objection handling, rapport building, and structured selling
  • Excellent command over communication, listening, and persuasive storytelling
  • Skilled in Google Sheets, Excel, and CRM tracking
  • Ambitious, money-minded individual who thrives under targets
