Creating positive, long-lasting relationships with current and potential clients & customers Follow the sales process and scripts to the dot. Keep detailed documentation for every converted sale, including Zoom recordings, sales call summaries, and conversion insights on the converted call sheet. Take responsibility for your actions, demonstrating a commitment to continuous self-improvement. Display a strong sense of teamwork, supporting and learning from fellow team members. Skills and Qualifications: 0-3 years of relevant experience in Business Development, Sales or related roles (freshers with good communication and relationship-building skills are welcome).
