About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, engaging with prospective clients, and supporting the sales team in driving revenue growth. Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities through research, calls, emails, and networking.
  • Reach out to potential clients to explain our products/services and generate interest.
  • Schedule meetings, product demos, or consultations for the senior business development team.
  • Maintain and update the sales pipeline in CRM systems.
  • Conduct market research to analyze industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and reports as needed.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients and prospects.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to implement growth strategies.
  • Meet and exceed assigned targets for lead generation and conversions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills (both verbal and written).
  • Ability to build rapport quickly with clients.
  • Self-motivated with a strong sense of achievement and drive.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office is an advantage.
  • Previous experience in business development, sales, or customer service (preferred but not mandatory for entry-level roles).
