Job Title: Production Supervisor Job Overview We are seeking an experienced and motivated Production Supervisor to oversee our manufacturing operations. The Production Supervisor will be responsible for managing production staff, ensuring efficiency, maintaining quality standards, meeting deadlines, and enforcing safety regulations. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and experience in production management. Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to ensure targets are met. Monitor workflow, efficiency, and productivity across all shifts. Train, guide, and evaluate production staff for optimal performance. Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations. Maintain quality standards by conducting inspections and monitoring processes. Analyze production data, prepare reports, and suggest improvements. Troubleshoot production issues and minimize downtime. Coordinate with other departments (maintenance, quality, logistics, etc.) to ensure smooth operations. Manage inventory of raw materials and finished goods. Implement continuous improvement initiatives to optimize production. Qualifications & Requirements Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Mechanical, Industrial, Production, or related field. Proven experience as a Production Supervisor or similar role. Strong knowledge of production processes, safety standards, and quality control. Leadership, team management, and communication skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of ERP systems is an advantage. Flexibility to work shifts if required.
