About The Role

• Delegate Calling:
• Reach out to prospective delegates through phone, email &WhatsApptopromote upcoming conferences. o Explain event value propositions and close delegate registrations.
• Sponsorship & Exhibitor Outreach:
• Support the senior team in identifying potential sponsors and exhibitors. o Assist in initial conversations, sharing event decks & proposals, andfollowing up on leads.
• Database Management:
• Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, and prospect data inCRM/excel sheets.
  

Event Coordination

• Support the team in ensuring confirmations, sending participation invoices, and coordinating with delegates/exhibitors for smooth event day execution.
• Market Research:
• Help map companies, decision-makers, and industry segments relevant toeach event. What We’re Looking For
