Job Description

Objective:

Dynamic and target-driven individual. Responsible for identifying potential customers, promoting, and selling company’s products or services in designated geographic areas. Assist in the development and implementation of sales/marketing strategies. To increase the amount of revenue by generating more leads.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Prospecting and Lead Generation:

· Identify and research potential customers in the assigned geographic area.

· Generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.

2. Meetings:

· Schedule and conduct face-to-face meetings with potential clients and channel partners to understand their needs.

· Present products and effectively communicate key features and benefits.

3. Sales Presentations:

·Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations tailored to the needs of the prospective client.

· Address client inquiries and concerns, providing accurate and timely information.

4. Sales Targets:

· Set and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

· Develop and implement strategies to maximize sales and revenue.

5. Market Research:

· Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.

·Provide feedback to the sales and marketing teams to enhance product or service offerings

6. Relationship Building:

· Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster repeat business and referrals.

· Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve issues.

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.

· Proven experience in field sales or a similar role.

· Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

· Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

· Excellent interpersonal skills

·A strong understanding of the sales process, and the ability to meet or exceed sales targets

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
