Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Associate located in Kochi. The Business Development Associate will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads, conducting market research, and creating and delivering presentations to potential clients. Daily tasks will include identifying new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with clients, and collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to achieve business targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field or Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred

Role and Responsibilities

Promote and market the institution’s courses and programs

• Generate and follow up on student leads

• Counsel students and parents about courses and career options

• Achieve admission and sales targets

• Conduct school/college visits and education fairs

• Maintain relationships with students, parents, and partners

• Collect market feedback and competitor information

• Support in organizing seminars, webinars, and promotional events

• Maintain enquiry and admission records (CRM updates)

• Prepare daily/weekly sales and performance reports

• Work closely with the marketing and academic teams

• Ensure a positive student experience and satisfaction
