Business Development Associate

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development:

Generate and follow up on student leads for IT courses and study abroad programs

Visit nearby colleges or institutions for promotional activities and workshops

Handle walk-ins and phone inquiries

Convert enquiries into enrollments

Operations & Coordination:

Maintain student records, leads, and Google Sheets

Coordinate demo classes, trainers, and counselling sessions

Manage office communication, scheduling, and basic admin tasks

Assist in social media postings and basic marketing tasks

Requirements:

Graduate (any discipline); MBA/BBA preferred

Good communication skills (English, Hindi, Odia)

Confident in speaking with students and parents

Basic computer knowledge (Google Forms, Excel, WhatsApp Business, Canva helpful)

Willingness to learn and work in a start-up environment

Salary & Benefits:

₹12,000 – ₹18,000/month (based on experience)

Work Schedule:

6 days a week (Sunday Off)

Timing: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Patia, Bhubaneswar, Orissa: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
