We are looking for an enthusiastic and goal-driven Business Development Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, onboarding clients or channel partners, and driving loan disbursement targets across various loan categories. Key Responsibilities: Identify and acquire new customers for loan products (personal, business, home, working capital, vehicle, Project finance etc.). Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, DSAs, and financial institutions. Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and customer needs. Educate clients about loan eligibility, documentation, and process requirements. Achieve monthly loan disbursement and revenue targets. Coordinate with internal credit, operations, and partner teams to ensure smooth loan processing. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field. 0–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or financial products (freshers may apply). Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Target-oriented with the ability to work independently. Knowledge of financial products, KYC, and credit processes is a plus.
