Business Development Associate

As a Business Development Associate (International Voice Call) at our company, your role will involve understanding our products and services, attracting and connecting with new clients, researching and maintaining client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and developing sales strategies. You will also be responsible for supporting marketing with promotions, updating sales reports, negotiating deals, and incorporating client feedback. Additionally, you will need to review client feedback and adjust strategies or offerings accordingly. Key Responsibilities: - Understand company products and services - Attract and connect with new clients in collaboration with marketing - Research and maintain client relationships - Identify new business opportunities and develop sales strategies - Support marketing with promotions and update sales reports - Negotiate deals and incorporate client feedback - Review client feedback and adjust strategies or offerings accordingly Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in sales, marketing, business administration, or any related field - Telecalling experience is an added advantage - Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience as a business development executive - Ability to generate revenue by identifying new business opportunities - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to convince potential clients - Ability to work well within a team - Extensive presentation skills As part of your role, you will need to have strong communication and interpersonal skills, negotiation and persuasion abilities, collaboration skills, ROI and data analysis capabilities, as well as strategic thinking and computer literacy.
