Business Development Associate (Edtech)

Job Description:

Drive student conversions by engaging with leads, understanding their academic goals, and recommending suitable courses. Use consultative selling to guide decision-making and meet monthly conversion targets.

Responsibilities:

• Engage with potential learners to understand their academic and career goals
• Recommend suitable courses that align with individual learning needs
• Deliver impactful counseling sessions to influence decision-making and drive conversions
• Build and maintain trust-based relationships with students and guardians throughout the sales cycle
• Manage and update the sales pipeline effectively using CRM tools
• Follow up consistently to move leads through the conversion funnel
• Analyze market trends and learner behavior to refine sales strategy
• Meet or exceed weekly/monthly conversion targets through structured communication and follow-ups

Qualifications:

• Any bachelor's degree
• Minimum 6 months of sales or counseling experience (EdTech preferred)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• CRM and target-driven work experience is a plus

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
