Business Development Associate

We are looking for a motivated and professional Business Development Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills in both English and Hindi, with a minimum of 1 year of experience in the consultation industry or a similar field.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to prospective and existing clients.
• Provide accurate information about services, answering queries in a polite and professional manner.
• Understand client requirements and schedule consultations as needed.
• Maintain and update client databases and records.
• Follow up with leads and ensure timely communication.
• Achieve daily/weekly targets for client engagement and lead conversion.

Key Requirements:

• Fluency in both
