Job Description

Business Development Executives (Freshers)

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in identifying new business opportunities through market research and outreach
  • Support the sales team in lead generation and client engagement
  • Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients
  • Participate in client meetings and presentations (online/offline)
  • Collaborate with internal teams to design and implement growth strategies
  • Track and report sales activities, progress, and results
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Commerce, or a related field (MBA/BBA preferred but not mandatory)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
  • Eagerness to learn sales strategies and financial concepts
  • Ability to work in a team and handle client-facing roles
