Job Description: As a Sales Executive in our team, your role involves conducting market research to identify potential customers and generate leads through cold calling. You will be promoting and selling certification courses such as Data Science, AI, Machine Learning, and others. Your responsibility includes clearly communicating product features, value propositions, and benefits to prospective clients. Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers to ensure high satisfaction and retention is crucial. It is expected from you to stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market demands. You will need to make a minimum of 200+ cold calls per day with at least 3 hours of talk time and consistently meet assigned sales targets as this is a target-driven role. Qualifications Required: - Proficiency in cold calling techniques - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Ability to work effectively under pressure - Must have a laptop and smartphone - Willingness to work in a fast-paced start-up environment - Availability to work 6 days a week and handle day-to-day team responsibilities - Freshers can also apply Company Details: The company offers paid time off and work from home benefits.
