Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

Conduct market research to identify potential customers and generate leads through cold calling.
Promote and sell certification courses such as Data Science, AI, Machine Learning, and others.
Clearly communicate product features, value propositions, and benefits to prospective clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure high satisfaction and retention.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market demands.
Make a minimum of 200+ calls per day with at least 3 hours of talk time.
Meet assigned sales targets consistently (target-driven role).

Requirements:

Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work effectively under pressure.
Must have a laptop and smartphone.
Willingness to work in a fast-paced start-up environment.
Availability to work 6 days a week and handle day-to-day team responsibilities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
