Business Development Associate

You will be responsible for generating leads, qualifying prospects, and closing sales over the phone and via email. Your role as an Inside Sales Representative at Bridging Technologies involves conducting outbound calls to generate new leads, as well as following up on existing leads. You will need to qualify prospects by understanding their needs, budget, and timeline, and effectively communicate the value proposition of our product/service offerings to potential businesses. Building and maintaining strong relationships with prospects and customers will be essential, along with negotiating and closing sales deals to achieve monthly and quarterly targets. Collaboration with the sales team to share best practices and strategies for improving sales performance is a key aspect of this role. Keeping accurate records of sales activities and updating the CRM system regularly will help in tracking progress. Staying up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities is vital to succeed in this position. The ideal candidate for this role should have fluency in English, a proven track record of success in inside sales or a similar role, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers. Being self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work both independently and as part of a team is crucial. Experience using CRM software, such as Salesforce, is a plus, and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
