BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT ASSOCIATE

BRAND: BotFit Family Entertainment Center
LOCATION: Gurugram
EXPERIENCE: 0–3 Years (Freshers with strong communication welcome)

BotFit is a premium family entertainment & activity center designed for kids, adults, and corporate groups. With coordinator-led games, birthday parties, school outings, and corporate events, BotFit delivers unforgettable experiences — not just playtime.

We are expanding rapidly and looking for high-energy Business Development Associates who love people, sales conversations, and closing deals.

YOUR ROLE

As a Business Development Associate, you’ll be the first point of contact for parents, schools, corporates, and partners. Your goal is to convert leads into bookings and help grow BotFit’s revenue.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Handle inbound & outbound sales calls for:
  • Birthday parties
  • School outings
  • Corporate events
  • Group bookings
  • Explain BotFit packages, activities, and add-ons clearly
  • Convert walk-ins and online leads into confirmed bookings
  • Coordinate with operations team for smooth event execution
  • Follow up with leads via calls, WhatsApp, and email
  • Maintain lead data and daily sales reports
  • Build relationships with schools, RWAs, and corporate HRs
  • Upsell add-ons (food packages, mascots, shows, activities)

REQUIRED SKILLS

  • Strong communication & persuasion skills
  • Confidence in talking to parents & corporate clients
  • Basic understanding of sales funnels & follow-ups
  • Ability to work on targets & incentives
  • Comfortable with phone calls and in-person interactions
  • Organized and detail-oriented
