A Master’s degree is a plus .AvaHR Experience : Minimum of 3–5 years in business development, sales, or a related role, preferably in the technology or relevant industry .HRBlade Skills : Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to develop and maintain successful business relationships. Exceptional problem-solving and negotiation skills. Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
