Business Development Associate (BDA)

Job Title: Business Development Associate Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new leads, identifying business opportunities, and coordinating with customers to drive sales growth. This role requires creativity, strategic thinking, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate new business leads through various channels (email, phone, networking, etc.)
• Develop and implement innovative business development strategies and ideas.
• Coordinate with potential and existing customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term success.
• Support the sales team in achieving revenue targets and business goals.
• Prepare proposals, presentations, and business pitches.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in business development, lead generation, or sales.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to think creatively and develop new business ideas.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
