Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership
• Execute result based business development strategies to achieve and surpass admission targets within the time.
• Monitor market trends and competition to identify new opportunities for growth.
• Collaborate with leadership to align business goals with the college’s vision.
• Marketing and Promotions
• Develop and implement innovative marketing campaigns to promote programs across multiple platforms.
• Build strategic partnerships with educational consultants, corporate entities, and institutions.
• Organize and lead impactful events such as seminars, webinars, education fairs, and campus tours.
• Relationship Building
• Foster meaningful connections with prospective students, parents, and external stakeholders.
• Act as a brand ambassador, effectively communicating the college’s values and unique offerings.
• Ensure a seamless and supportive admission experience for all applicants.
• Admissions Management
• Oversee the complete admissions process, ensuring efficiency and transparency.

Eligibility Criteria.

• Experience: Minimum 2 years in business development, marketing, or sales, preferably in the education sector.
