As a Business Development Associate with Trading knowledge at Ashika Stock Services Ltd., located in Trinity Towers, AJC Bose Road, Kolkata 700020, your role will involve planning, strategizing, and executing Ashikas Campus Ambassador Program (CAP) to enhance brand visibility, onboard CAP interns, generate business, and promote Dhanush across student communities. Your key responsibility will be revenue generation through driving new user acquisition and motivating CAP interns to bring active traders to the platform. Key Responsibilities: - Plan, strategize, and execute the Campus Ambassador Program (CAP) across colleges. - Leverage college networks to onboard high-quality CAP interns and promote Dhanush and Ashika Group within student communities. - Train and guide CAP interns on trading basics, platform usage, and effective promotional activities. - Drive revenue generation by acquiring new trading users, generating leads, and increasing engagement on the Dhanush platform through CAP initiatives. - Build and maintain strong relationships with college representatives, student bodies, and influencers. - Track and report CAP performance including user growth, conversions, and revenue impact. - Represent Ashika at campus events and ensure consistent brand communication across all outreach activities. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in any field. - Mandatory trading knowledge with hands-on trading experience. - Strong networking skills with active connects in colleges and student communities. - Excellent communication, persuasion, and presentation abilities. - Ability to plan, manage, and execute the CAP program effectively. - High-energy, self-driven individual with a passion for engaging with students. - Good understanding of stock markets, trading platforms, and investment products. - Collaborative mindset with the ability to work across teams.
