Business Development Associate

As an International Business Development professional at our company, you will play a crucial role in driving global growth. Your key responsibilities will include: - Identifying and generating leads through research, networking, and other resources. - Contacting potential clients via phone, email, and online platforms to pitch our products/services. - Understanding customer needs and providing tailored solutions. - Managing and updating the CRM system with customer interactions and sales progress. - Scheduling product demonstrations or meetings for senior sales representatives. - Supporting the team in meeting and exceeding sales targets. - Maintaining strong relationships with prospects and clients to ensure satisfaction. - Staying updated on company offerings and industry trends. Qualifications required for this role: - B.Tech (All Streams) & MBA (All Streams) from a reputed University/College. - Minimum aggregate of 55%. You will be working in Mohali on a full-time, permanent basis with a morning shift schedule from Monday to Friday. Additionally, you will be eligible for benefits such as cell phone reimbursement, health insurance, paid sick time, and Provident Fund. Performance bonuses, quarterly bonuses, and yearly bonuses will also be part of your compensation package.
